Schroeder Contracting, Inc. brings a team of Owners and Supervisors with over 100 years of combined experience in Asbestos and Lead Abatement, hazardous materials, as well as demolition and scaffolding remediation.
Projects have ranged from residential attic Vermiculite insulation removal, or flooring removal, as well as “popcorn ceilings scraped” - to major commercial, school renovations, medical facilities, industrial plant shutdowns, refinery work, to EPA superfund cleanups.
Schroeder Contracting, Inc. and their personnel have extensive experience working with State Regulatory Agencies like DEQ as well as OSHA and EPA in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Asbestos Commercial.
From Asbestos removal in occupied buildings and businesses to removal in vacant structures and building. SCI can handle all of your removal and disposal requirements for any size project.
Asbestos Residential.
From ACM Vermiculite attic or wall insulation, to ACM floor tile or linoleum as well as old heating system insulation on the interiors of homes and popcorn ceilings - to transite siding or ACM roofing on Exteriors.
LBP and Mold.
Small and large scale projects completed for Commercial, Government, private industry or residential. From removal of LBP from historic buildings, to removal or preperation of surfaces to accept new paint. Along with mitigating and solving any Mold related issues.
Demolition.
Schroeder Contracting, Inc. specializes in both interior “soft demolition” to full scale building demolition or residential home demolition. Asbestos removal and demolition go hand-in-hand and we have the equipment, personnel, and training to help accomplish any size project.
Flooring.
We can remove many types of flooring - both ACM and NON Asbestos, most mastics and adhesives from floors to leave a clean surface for either new flooring, concrete polishing, or demolition. We have Concrete Steel Shot blast equipment to safely remove old adhesives or merely to profile clean concrete floors to install new flooring or polish.
Specialized Equipment.
We have state of the art Hurricane 500 HEPA Filtered Diesel powered trailer mounted vacuum for crawl spaces, attics, or tunnels to clean and vacuum out contaminated and self-contained soil and debris.
